Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf is one of New Taipei City's key tourist attractions, drawing large crowds year-round, especially on weekends. To enhance the recreational quality and promote tourism at the harbor, the North Coast Fishing Port Affairs Management Office has established a volunteer team.
