Paochong Tea

Paochong tea has long been regarded as the elder among Taiwan’s tea varieties and is considered the representative and premium selection of this type. Commonly referred to as "light tea" by the public, Paochong leaves appear twisted and long, with tender buds and tips attached. The leaf tips curl naturally. When roasted with medium heat, the tea releases a refreshing fragrance; when roasted with high heat, it is known as "mature-fire Paochong."
This prized tea is made exclusively from the "Chin-Shin Oolong" variety, handpicked tea leaves to ensure quality. The processed leaves are emerald green, tightly twisted, and naturally curled. When brewed, the liquor is a vibrant honey green, visually pleasing. It gives off an intense aroma and a sweet, mellow taste, leaving the mouth refreshed. It embodies five essential qualities: fragrance, richness, smoothness, lingering charm, and elegance.
